- Massage into your scalp and leave for at least 3 minutes – make sure it has good contact with the scalp, as this is the main reason you have bought this product!
- Rinse well and repeat; the 2nd time round, it lathers a lot better!
- Use Haircalma Conditioner. This is a therapeutic product that compliments the shampoo perfectly; it can also be used as a mask for the scalp and applied over a more extended time before deciding to rinse off.
- Give it time! Don’t rinse off as soon as you’ve washed your hair.
How often should I use it?:
Using Haircalma shampoo for the right amount of time is essential to help your scalp’s condition; for severe scaling, we would suggest using Haircalma shampoo daily for at least two weeks before reducing it down to every other day, after which every three days minimum.
For a generally sensitive scalp, you may wish to use it every other day.
Low foam action:
Sometimes there is a product build-up on the scalp; sometimes, there is a natural layer of oil, sebum, which may have built up over the day. Whatever it is, it is a potential barrier for the product to work; the second wash has no such barrier. It will get to work much better than the first wash.
Haircalma shampoo may not feel as though it is moving around the hair as much as high foam shampoos, which give the user the luxurious, slippery feeling because foam helps the product move around the hair, and we associate lots of bubbles with higher quality cleansers (Shampoos don’t have to foam at all, people just like the feeling, this is why most shampoos produce lots of foam)
So, the first time you use Haircalma shampoo, it may feel a little different, it may not move around the hair and other non-specialist products, but not to worry, it will still gently cleanse the hair and your scalp with thank you for it!

Here at Hairmedic Solutions Ltd, we will do our very best to process your order within 24 hours, if your order is placed before 2pm Monday to Friday.
Orders placed after 2pm for delivery will be subject to delivery within 60 hours.
The above is based on working days (Monday-Friday, excl weekends, bank holidays and may be subject to alteration due to weather conditions, industrial action and unforeseen circumstances).
We cannot be held responsible for any hoo-hahs that are out of our control but please rest assured, we will go to extraordinary lengths to make sure you receive Hairjelly as soon as possible via Royal Mail (2nd class recorded delivery).
Our cancellation and returns policy

Requests must contain the following: First name, last name, telephone/mobile number and email address. This information must be identical to the information originally submitted on your order. Please provide contact information so that we may contact you if we have questions in regards to cancelling your order or requesting returns.
Every effort will be made to accommodate the processing of your request as soon as possible after the receipt of your request via email, providing your order has not been charged and/or shipped out. In the event that a cancellation was submitted and your order was shipped out after, we will gladly refund the complete balance charged excluding delivery (£3.95). We undertake to respond to your request via email to inform you of actions to be taken within 5 working days.
This is subject to you returning the products ordered unused, in good condition with the security seal on the lid intact. We cannot entertain refunds and cancellations for products that have been opened, damaged or partially used. We cannot entertain refunds which are not bought directly from Hairmedic Solutions Ltd, ie our website. If you buy from one of our retailers you must take your product and receipt back to the store you bought the product and seek their advice, terms and conditions.
