Directions of Use

Directions Of Use

  1. Ensure all shampoo has been rinsed out.
  2. Use the amount of conditioner recommended on the bottle (5-10 pumps depending on your hair length).
  3. Work into your scalp, from the front of your hair to the back. Then spread it evenly through the mid-length to the ends of your hair.
  4. Run your fingers or a wide-tooth comb through the ends of your hair to work in the conditioner.
  5. For best therapeutic results, let it stay on your scalp for at least 2-4 minutes.
  6. Thoroughly rinse off the conditioner.

How often should I use it?:
Using Haircalma conditioner after every wash with Haircalma shampoo.

For a generally sensitive scalp, you may wish to use it every other day.

What about the smell?

Haircalma conditioner is colour and scent-free as these are the main sensitising agents found in products.

“Dermatologically Tested” means it has been independently reviewed to the specific characteristic under clinical conditions verified by a dermatologist.

Both Haircalma shampoo and conditioner have been clinically tested (twice) to ensure they are hypoallergenic and effective against flaking conditions (such as dandruff). They regulate oil production and are kind to dry skin as both are incredibly mild.

We have tested our products in clinical conditions and had them independently evaluated; the main points of our study show:

  • In 80% of cases, Haircalma shampoo & conditioner showed improved scalp conditions under clinical trial conditions.
  • Subjects stated that the Haircalma scalp therapy system helped their scalp issue in 90% of cases.

Our Delivery Policy

Here at Hairmedic Solutions Ltd, we will do our very best to process your order within 24 hours, if your order is placed before 2pm Monday to Friday.
Orders placed after 2pm for delivery will be subject to delivery within 60 hours.

The above is based on working days (Monday-Friday, excl weekends, bank holidays and may be subject to alteration due to weather conditions, industrial action and unforeseen circumstances).
We cannot be held responsible for any hoo-hahs that are out of our control but please rest assured, we will go to extraordinary lengths to make sure you receive Haircalma as soon as possible via Royal Mail (2nd class recorded delivery).

Our cancellation and returns policy
Please submit any cancellation/returns request via email to; shop@hairmedic.co.uk
Requests must contain the following: First name, last name, telephone/mobile number and email address. This information must be identical to the information originally submitted on your order. Please provide contact information so that we may contact you if we have questions in regards to cancelling your order or requesting returns.

Every effort will be made to accommodate the processing of your request as soon as possible after the receipt of your request via email, providing your order has not been charged and/or shipped out. In the event that a cancellation was submitted and your order was shipped out after, we will gladly refund the complete balance charged excluding delivery (£4.45). We undertake to respond to your request via email to inform you of actions to be taken within 5 working days.

This is subject to you returning the products ordered unused, in good condition with the security seal on the lid intact. We cannot entertain refunds and cancellations for products that have been opened, damaged or partially used. We cannot entertain refunds which are not bought directly from Hairmedic Solutions Ltd, ie our website. If you buy from one of our retailers you must take your product and receipt back to the store you bought the product and seek their advice, terms and conditions.
